To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Andrew Marcell has left Guy Carpenter & Co. L.L.C. and has been replaced as CEO of U.S. operations on an interim basis by Britt Newhouse, the reinsurance brokerage’s chairman.
Aon Benfield Group Ltd. declined to comment on reports that Mr. Marcell has joined the brokerage.
Mr. Newhouse served as president and CEO of Guy Carpenter’s Americas operations from 2001 until his appointment to chairman in 2008. As head of Americas, he was responsible for all broking business in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean.
