Workplace harassment hearing set for Jan. 14 at EEOC headquarters

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday said it has scheduled a hearing on workplace harassment for 9:30 a.m. EST Jan. 14 at its headquarters.

The EEOC will hear from invited panelists “on the persistent problem of workplace harassment as well as best practices for employers to prevent and address harassment,” the agency said in a statement.

The commission’s address is 131 M St. NE, Washington, D.C. 20507.

When available, additional information about the meeting will be posted on the agency’s website.
