The makers of notoriously ribald video game “Grand Theft Auto V” reportedly have earned the ire of notoriously troubled Lindsay Lohan.
According to a report from celebrity gossip website TMZ, the actress is planning a lawsuit against Rockstar Games for using her image without her permission.
While the suit has yet to materialize, the report speculates that Ms. Lohan could be miffed by several parts of the game. One mission in the game features a blonde actress being chased through the streets by paparazzi, TMZ notes, while another mission requires players to surreptitiously photograph an actress having sex in a hotel that bears a strong resemblance to Ms. Lohan’s former residence, the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood.
Ms. Lohan is no stranger to lawsuits; in 2010 she settled a suit out of court with E Trade Securities L.L.C. after it ran a television commercial featuring an infant “milkaholic” named Lindsay.
