BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has published its latest edition of its federal sector “Digest of Equal Employment Opportunity Law,” which features recent agency decisions and federal court cases of interest that impact federal employees.

The quarterly publication, which is prepared by the EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations, features recent agency decisions and federal court cases of interest, the EEOC said Monday.

Office of Federal Operations Director Carlton M. Hadden said in a statement that the digest, “a treasure trove of information, is required reading for anyone who wants to be well-versed in the federal sector (equal employment opportunity), particularly those who are navigating the process for the first time, as well as for (equal employment opportunity) counselors, investigators, attorneys, professional staff and practitioners.”

Copies of the digest are available here.
