Trucordia announced Thursday that it has acquired five brokerages across four states.
Terms were not disclosed.
The acquired companies are Assured Insurance Consultants, which has about 20 staff in Dandridge and Johnson City, Tennessee; Charles River Insurance, which has about 45 staff in Framingham and Leominster, Massachusetts; Eberle Insurance Agency, which has about four staff in Sherwood, Arkansas; Breezy Seguros, which has offices in Framingham, Hyannis and Stoughton, Massachusetts; and Osborn Insurance Agency, a small agency in Brick, New Jersey.
Trucordia is the 18th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
