RCM&D is a “best” place to work because our employees are collaborative, supportive, and knowledgeable. We take pride in recognizing their efforts, creating a positive and inclusive culture. Our leadership team is actively involved at all levels, and we prioritize transparency through quarterly “Open Door” sessions. These sessions share updates like promotions, client testimonials, and our “Unsung Heroes” program, where peers recognize colleagues who go above and beyond. This approach helps employees feel valued and informed, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement. One of our core values is inspiring positive change in the communities we serve. Through year-round volunteerism and fundraising, we’ve made a lasting impact across the Mid-Atlantic. Our signature event—the annual Regatta—has raised over $1.5 million for 77 nonprofits over 29 years. Each year, we select five organizations to support through employee-driven fundraising that culminates in a sailboat race and waterfront celebration in Baltimore. We’re proud to celebrate our 30th Regatta this fall and continue giving back to the communities that have supported us for over 140 years. To help our employees thrive, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, and LTD coverage. We also offer a wellness incentive program that allows employees to earn HSA contributions by completing wellness activities. RCM&D provides 12 weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave, 12 paid holidays, 80 hours of sick leave, and a Flexible Time-Off policy that encourages rest and recharge. Additionally, we support flexibility through hybrid and remote work options, access to multiple office locations, and adaptable schedules. We understand that life comes first and are committed to supporting employees both personally and professionally. Together, these efforts make RCM&D a workplace where people feel appreciated, empowered, and motivated to grow.
