We use this time together to celebrate our successes, collaborate on our challenges and clarify the expectations and priorities for the week. RG employees are the true lifeblood of our organization. Throughout the year, RG offers internal training on relevant industry topics or internal processes, as well as bringing in experts to talk about personal financial planning, wellness initiatives and other benefits information – all of which provides the foundation for being successful both on the job and at home with our families.
