KIG is an independent insurance agency. We are one of the few agencies our size to be truly independent and not owned by a national firm. We feel that remaining independent has allowed us to have a warmer more inviting and inclusive atmosphere for our employees. Our open-door policy combined with the welcoming demeanors of our management allows ideas, suggestions, and opinions to be voiced. We are also always looking for ways to improve the lives of our employees. I do not believe that a month goes by without some sort of event. Some months we celebrate with treats all day for International Women’s Day, other months we focus on mental health and wellbeing by offering yoga classes to anyone who would like to learn. Whatever we plan, it’s because KIG is committed to creating the best possible work environment for our employees. They are rockstars and we want them to know that they are valued.
