As an employee-owned company, FBMC’s culture is to give our all every day to help people solve problems. This includes our employees. Along with leadership workshops and training seminars, we hold annual gala events to celebrate our accomplishments and team competitions to build relationships company-wide. We have employees across the country who work from home or at client office locations and others who work on a flex-time basis. A long-standing practice and corporate belief has been to donate time, energy and resources to charitable activities within the communities we serve. FBMC gives a percentage of its profits to many groups in our local community and our clients’ communities, including Second Harvest Food Bank, the American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House and Big Bend Hospice.
