A powerful example of our family-oriented culture was the support shown for a colleague diagnosed with advanced-stage breast cancer this past year. Our team organized a “Cornhole for a Cause” fundraiser where employees donated money to play in the tournament and purchased silent auction and raffle tickets. In just a few weeks, we raised over $10,000 to support our teammate and her family. Recognizing and rewarding employees is a cornerstone of our culture.
