The Reinsurance Association of America on Thursday named Tracey Laws president and CEO.
She succeeds Frank Nutter, who will retire effective Dec. 1, 2025, after 34 years as president and CEO of the association.
Ms. Laws, who has led the government and regulatory affairs team at GEICO since 2023, will assume her new role on Dec. 1.
Prior to GEICO, she was senior vice president and head of government affairs at Athene and before that senior vice president and general counsel at Chubb.
