Alight, a cloud-based employee benefits administration company, named Rohit Verma CEO, effective Jan. 1. He will succeed Dave Guilmette, who will step down Dec. 31. Mr. Verma has been Crawford CEO since 2020. Crawford recently appointed W. Bruce Swain as interim president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, taking over after Mr. Verma’s departure.
