Hamilton Insurance named Mike Mulray chief underwriting officer of its U.S. excess and surplus lines business, Hamilton Select. Jamie Secor, the previous CUO, joined W.R. Berkley in August. Mr. Mulray was named president of North American insurance in 2023 before leaving last year.
