Oakbridge Insurance Agency on Thursday said it has bought Phoenix Associates, a Marietta, Georgia-based agency.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Led by CEO Donna Marcus-Doughten and Chief Operating Officer LaToya Maddox, Phoenix specializes in insuring private schools, daycares and other education-focused businesses.
Oakbridge Insurance is the 50th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
