The International Finance Corporation will acquire around 20% of Vienna Insurance Group AG’s two Ukrainian non-life insurers, USG and Kniazha, through a capital increase pending regulatory approvals, Reinsurance News reported. Vienna Insurance said the International Finance Corporation’s support and expertise will help grow the Ukrainian insurance market and strengthen its position in the country.
