U.K.-based Howden Group Holdings Ltd. has appointed Mike Dalby as chief executive officer of its consumer and local commercial division, succeeding Kelly Ogley who is leaving the company after nine years, Reinsurance News reported. Dalby, who also leads Howden’s consumer life and health division, joins from France-based Axa SA subsidiary Axa Health Ltd., where he previously served as distribution director.
