Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on Tuesday said it has acquired Surescape Insurance Services.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Denver-based Surescape is a specialty brokerage serving the construction industry across the United States. It has about 20 employees, according to an email from a spokesman.
Doug Rothey and his team will remain in their current location under the direction of Bret VanderVoort, head of Gallagher’s South Central retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
J. Patrick Gallagher Jr., chairman and CEO, said in a statement the deal deepens Gallagher’s bonding capabilities in the construction sector.
