Colombian insurance brokerage in buying binge

Chariot & Castle Seguros SAS, a property and casualty insurance brokerage operating in Colombia under the name Grupo ilao, said that it had acquired 21 brokerages across seven cities over the past two years, Reinsurance News reported. The expansion places Grupo ilao among Colombia’s top five brokerages and supports plans for further acquisitions in Latin America.
