The Baldwin Group said Thursday it has completed the purchase of Philadelphia-based Capstone Group.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2013, Capstone specializes in property and casualty insurance, risk management, group health and ancillary benefits.
Capstone’s website shows approximately 25 employees, headed by Managing Partner Kevin Fox.
