Arch Insurance names new deputy chief

Arch Insurance International, a division of Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance firm Arch Capital Group Ltd., has named Kirsten Valder as its new deputy chief executive, with immediate effect, CEOWorld Maganize reported. Ms. Valder has served as a part of the senior leadership team at Arch Insurance International for a decade. In the new role, she will be based in London and continue to report to Hugh Sturgess, chief executive at Arch Insurance International.
