Gallagher buys Australian trade credit insurance broker

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Australia-based trade credit insurance broker Prasidium Credit Insurance for an undisclosed sum, Investing.com reported. Prasidium offers specialized brokerage services in trade credit insurance, and this will increase Gallagher’s expertise and resources.
