Howden Re International names new deputy chief

Howden Re International has named Sebastian Cook as its new deputy chief executive to support Massimo Reina, the firm’s chief executive, Captive Insurance Times reported. Mr. Cook was previously at Guy Carpenter’s European operations for over three years.
