Jurgen Mossack and Ramon Fonseca Mora, founders of the now defunct Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca & Co., could face up to twelve years each in prison if found guilty in the Panama Papers money laundering scandal, BBC reported. A Panama court has started the trail of 27 people charged in connection with scam, eight years after a leak from the firm exposed the secret financial dealings of some of the wealthiest people and how they stashed their assets in offshore companies.
