GIC buys stake in reinsurance broker Miller Insurance

Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC Private Ltd. has completed its buyout of U.K.-based private equity firm Cinven Ltd.’s stake in U.K.-based specialist reinsurance broker Miller Insurance Services L.L.P. for an undisclosed amount, Verdict reported. GIC is now the majority shareholder of Miller.
