Walgreens contests $1 billion arbitration award to PWNHealth

Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. has asked a Delaware federal judge to dismiss a nearly $1 billion arbitration award to telemedicine provider PWNHealth over a contract dispute, Reuters reports. The pharmacy giant argues that the award is 12 times higher than the maximum $79 million damages allowed under their contract.
