NewYork-Presbyterian and Aetna reach agreement, averting coverage loss

NewYork-Presbyterian health system and insurer Aetna Inc. have reached an agreement just before their contract was set to expire, averting a potential loss of coverage for tens of thousands of patients, Gothamist reports. The deal ensures that NewYork-Presbyterian’s 10 hospitals, clinics and physicians remain in Aetna’s network.
