HCSC rebrands Trustmark Health as Luminare Health

Health Care Service Corp. has rebranded Trustmark Health Benefits to Luminare Health, following its acquisition in October 2022, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. HCSC, which operates Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in several states, expects this move to expand its service offerings. Luminare, with a workforce of more than 1,100 employees, is planning to relocate its headquarters to Rosemont, Illinois, by the second quarter of 2024.
