Sea robbery in Singapore Strait increases at alarming rate

According to a report by the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre, 51 sea robbery incidents have occurred on board ships in the Singapore Strait since January, Dryad Global reported. The number is far above the 38 incidents during the same period in 2022.
