Cigna Group is embroiled in a second class-action lawsuit regarding its alleged use of a software, PxDx, to automate and deny claims without medical professional review, Healthcare Dive reports. The lawsuit, echoing a prior class-action filed in California and investigations by the House Energy and Commerce Committee, cites instances of the software rejecting numerous claims in seconds.
