Michelin Star restaurant secures landmark victory in COVID BI case

U.K.-based SY23 Restaurant has secured a landmark high court victory, taking it one step closer to insurance compensation that it seeks from insurers Zenith Insurance PLC & QIC Europe Ltd. as part of a COVID-19 business interruption case, Cambrian News reported. The Michelin Star restaurant’s victory will open the door for other such businesses that are continuing to fight for survival amidst the fall out of the pandemic.
