Howden names chief for new German entity

U.K.-based Howden Broking Group Ltd. has named Karl-Heinz Holz as the chief executive of the new Howden Deutschland AG entity, which has been created from the group’s largest brand in Germany, Euroassekuranz Versicherungsmakler AG, Reinsurance News reported. Mr. Holz will replace Luigi Sturani, who is the chief executive of Howden’s European operations and has also served as the interim chief of Germany in recent months.
