SBI General’s premiums grow more than 17%

India-based SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd.'s gross written premiums increased by 17.6% year-on-year to 108.88 billion Indian rupees ($1.32 billion) in the fiscal year ended March 31, Zee Business reported. The insurer’s net profit grew by 40% year-on-year to INR1.84 billion.
