BMS Group to buy West Australian specialist broker

U.K.-based insurance broker BMS Group Ltd. will acquire Australia-based specialist broker Western United Financial Services Pty Ltd., as it looks to further expand its operations in the country, Captive International reported. Western United offers tailored insurance brokering, risk management and claims handling services.
