Ardonagh Europe agrees to acquire Dutch high net worth broker

U.K.-based insurance broker The Ardonagh Group Ltd.’s European arm has agreed to acquire Netherlands-based high net worth broker Classicus Private Insurance to further expand its presence in the country, RTE News reported. Classicus offers a range of specialist high net worth products for luxury cars, art collections, and yachts, amongst others. Meanwhile, its businesses also include wholesale broker Classicus Europe and London-based Classicus Ltd.
