African Risk Capacity taps Gallagher Re as reinsurance broker

South Africa-based insurer African Risk Capacity Ltd. has appointed Gallagher Re as its reinsurance broker and risk advisor, Reinsurance News reported. One of the key priorities of this appointment is the placement of portfolio cover in the reinsurance and capital markets.
