Product tankers suffer major damage after collision
Posted On: Apr. 14, 2023 9:38 AM CSTThe Indonesia Navy said that the 6,500-deadweight tonnage Indonesia-flag Fortune Pacific XLIX and the 20,900-deadweight tonnage Singapore-flag Sinar Malahayati product tankers have suffered extensive damage after a collision off the port of Tanjung Gerem, TradeWinds reported citing Harian Kami. The Pacific Fortune XLIX suffered damage on the starboard side of the hull, while the Sinar Malahayati sustained serious damage to its bow.
