Euroins starts legal challenge to financial regulator

Euroins Insurance Group AD has launched a legal challenge against the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority, Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiara’s decision to revoke Euroins Romania Asigurare Reasigurare SA’s operating license, SeeNews reported. Apart from the proceedings launched at the Court of Appeal of Bucharest, a proposal for resolution has been submitted to the government and market authorities ASF and the Policyholders Guarantee Fund.
