Allianz Trade expects bankruptcies to rise amid bank turmoil

France-based trade credit insurance specialist Allianz Trade expects global corporate insolvencies to increase by 21% this year due to recent banking turmoil, Market Screener reported. The insurer said that banks’ lending policies have become even more restrictive, and this will push more companies into difficulties than expected at the start of the year.
