High Street makes California acquisition

High Street Insurance Partners Inc. on Wednesday said it has acquired Milestone Risk Management.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Irvine, California-based Milestone will join the High Street West Region and will report to Scott Goodreau, president, a statement said. Milestone's website shows 16 employees.

The deal helps expand High Street’s presence on the West Coast, Mr. Goodreau said in the statement.

This is the sixth transaction of 2023 for High Street.

Traverse City, Michigan-based High Street is the 26th-largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance ranking. It is owned by its employees and Abry Partners LLC.
