BMS Group to acquire UAE insurance broker

U.K.-based insurance broker BMS Group Ltd. has signed a deal to acquire a majority stake in U.A.E.-based insurance broker Berns Brett Masaood Insurance LLC, which specializes in energy, institutional and affinity sectors for corporate and government entities, Captive Insurance Times reported. After the acquisition, Berns Brett Masaood will be renamed as BMS Masaood. The acquisition marks the launch of BMS’ operations in the Middle East market.
