Ex-Guardian technology editor Charles Arthur has sued Google Inc. in the U.K., claiming £3.4 billion pounds ($4.2 billion) in compensation for lost advertising revenue, Zee Business reported. Mr. Arthur claims that the technology giant used its dominant position in online advertising to decrease the profits of publishers. He also said that the Competition and Markets Authority in the U.K. is investigating the company over anti-competitive conduct.
