Groupama’s premium income grows by over 4%

French insurer Groupama SA’s premium income increased by 4.3% year-on-year to €15.9 billion ($17.2 billion), driven by strong growth in property and casualty segment, Xprimm reported. Good performance by international subsidiaries, mainly in Romania, drove growth in the P&C segment. The insurer’s overall net income declined 7.9% year-on-year to €454 million.
