Honan Insurance Group buys insurance broker from New Zealand

Australia-based broker Honan Insurance Group Pty. Ltd. has acquired New Zealand-based Certus Insurance Brokers (NZ) Ltd. as part of its efforts to expand as well as diversify within the New Zealand market, Verdict reported. The acquisition will also help Certus to tap into Honan’ range of expertise, significantly strengthening its business operations and customer proposition.
