Colombia transport minister sues Viva Air for aggravated mass fraud

Guillermo Reyes, the Colombian minister of transport, has sued low-cost airline Fast Colombia S.A.S., accusing it of mass fraud, engaging in false offerings of products and services and disturbing public transport, Reuters reported. Mr. Reyes said that abrupt suspension of flight operations by the airline in late Feb. caused damages of at least 271 billion Colombian peso ($57.3 million).
