Study finds increased employer commitment to employee wellbeing

A new Aon PLC study finds that companies are increasing their commitments both in support and financial investment to wellbeing, BenefitsPro reports. In fact, 63% of companies globally say employee wellbeing has become more important to them since 2020 and 87% have a wellbeing initiative in place, which is a 28-point increase over 2020.
