Howden acquires UK insurance broker

Howden UK & Ireland has acquired U.K.-based insurance broker Reich Insurance to further expand its presence within the Northwest region of England, Cover Magazine reported. Peter Blanc, executive chairman of Howden UK & Ireland, said that Reich’s areas of speciality, mainly real estate and construction, align well with those of Howden.
