Storm Juliette triggers red alert in Spain

Spain’s weather agency issued a red weather warning in Mallorca, in addition to yellow and orange warnings in the Balearic Islands and the north of the country on Feb. 28, as heavy snowfall led by Storm Juliette and eight-meter waves caused mass disruption in the country, ITVX reported. The storm caused road damage and power cuts.
