Sodexo to roll out new benefits package to compete for talent

Sodexo SA is launching a new employee benefits program that it hopes will give the company a leg up in the ongoing fight for talent, reports Foodservice Director. With Vita by Sodexo, eligible employees will have access to a 24/7 phone line that facilitates counseling, a life insurance policy worth one year of their base salary, and paid parental leave of at least 12 weeks for a child’s primary caregiver, or two weeks for a secondary caregiver.
