Renewable energy insurance services provider launches in Australia

U.S.-based GCube Insurance Services Inc., a subsidiary of Tokio Marine HCC, has officially launched in Australia to meet the increasing risks faced by local renewables developers, Captive International reported. Following its entry into the Sydney market in February 2022, GCube's products will be underwritten in the country on locally authorised paper issued by Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
