LHC Group shares will stop trading, signaling close of UnitedHealth deal: Filing

Shares in home health provider LHC Group Inc. will halt trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market after markets close Feb. 22, and its merger with UnitedHealth Group Inc. is "tentatively scheduled" to close the following morning before trading begins, reports Fierce Healthcare. Should the $5.4 billion deal close as planned, LHC's shares will be suspended on Feb. 24.
